Advance Payment
In order for the system to block the date and automatically confirm the appointment, the User must complete the payment for the reservation through the integrated payment gateway. Reservations that remain in "pending payment" status will not guarantee the blocking of the time.
Automatic Confirmation

The details of the appointment (date, time, activity, and meeting point).
An attachment to add the appointment to your personal calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple, etc.).
Self-management links to cancel or reschedule the booking autonomously.

The User agrees to receive automatic communications (via email and/or SMS) as reminders in the hours or days leading up to their appointment.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (Self-management)
Modifications by the User
Thanks to our booking system, the User can manage their changes directly from the link provided in the original confirmation email, subject to the following rules:

In the event of cancellation within this timeframe, the corresponding refund will be processed.
Modification Lock: If less than [e.g. 48 hours] remains before the start of the appointment, the system will disable the modification links. From that moment on, date changes will not be accepted and refunds will not be made, except for duly justified force majeure.
No-show or delays: The appointment will start promptly at the time reserved in the calendar. If the User does not show up or arrives more than [15] minutes late, preventing the activity from taking place, the appointment will be marked as completed in the system and 100% of the amount paid will be lost.
