Your safety is our top priority. All water activities depend on sea conditions. If on the day of your booking there is a storm, strong winds or unsafe conditions, the company will cancel the activity. In this case, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you to reschedule your appointment for another day or a full 100% refund of what you have paid.
Yes! When you make your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a direct link to manage your appointment. You can change the date, the time, or cancel the booking automatically and free of charge as long as you do so with at least [e.g. 48 hours] notice. For cancellations with less notice or if you do not show up at the agreed time, no refunds will be issued.
We recommend coming in swimwear, applying sunscreen before you arrive, and bringing a towel or change of clothes for afterwards. We will provide you with the life jacket, which is mandatory. For your peace of mind, we advise leaving valuables on land (loose sunglasses, mobile phones without waterproof cases, or jewellery) to avoid losing them in the sea.
For guided excursions with an instructor, a deposit is usually not required. However, for self-rentals (with certification), it is necessary to leave a deposit of [Amount]€ by bank card before receiving the bike. This amount will be fully refunded at the end of the activity, once we confirm that the equipment has not been damaged due to negligence or misuse.
These services have costs derived from the towing elements. Fuel, time of the associated monitor. This makes this service peculiar and if a certain number of places are not met, it is not profitable.
